Firm Profile
SITE Architecture was established in 2012 by Brad and Emily Smith. They have over forty years of combined professional experience in their respective fields. Their mission is to provide honest, professional services to clients through thoughtful and creative solutions. SITE Architecture has the unique ability to provide integrated architecture, interior design and landscape architecture design services through the format of a small, interdisciplinary firm. Both Brad and Emily have been studio instructors at Ball State University's College of Architecture and Planning.

Our Team
Brad Smith| RA |LEED AP
Brad is a licensed architect in the State of Indiana and a LEED Accredited Professional. He holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Studying in Versailles, France for a year was part of his undergraduate studies. Brad has extensive experience in commercial and residential projects of every scope and scale.
Emily Smith| RLA
Emily is a licensed landscape architect in the State of Indiana. She holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture and minor in Natural Resources from Ball State University. As part of her studies, she spent time overseas in Australia and New Zealand. Emily has extensive experience on commercial and residential projects of many types. Emily has a special interest in sustainable practices and finding sensible ways to enrich the relationship between people and the environment

Our surroundings influence us on a daily basis. The built spaces we inhabit have the potential to shape our mood, our efficiency, the way we relate to one another and to the natural world. Beyond creating an attractive facade, we are thoughtful about how our designs will impact the end users, the community and the environment. We strive to find an elegant solution that weaves together client interests, an understanding of human behavior, and the functional requirements of each project.
Landscape Architecture
We firmly believe that having a connection with nature brings renewal to the spirit. Developing outdoor spaces for people to gather, play, rest, heal or memorialize is our mission. Every project begins with people and a place, of which both are very important. We listen to and respect the ideas and interests of our clients. By creating designs that are woven into the cultural, architectural, environmental and historic fabric of each site, we are sensitive to place. Finding harmony between the aesthetic and functional components of each project is our goal.
